
Daniel Ebady acts as counsel to the firm. He is an astute litigator and has significant Ontario Superior Court trial experience. He started his legal career at a litigation firm, where he practiced mainly in the areas of corporate, commercial, construction, employment, and other areas of law.
On the transactional side, he has advised (government) public-sector entities on their procurement obligations, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with domestic and international trade agreements.

Equipped with business and litigation experience, Daniel added to his arsenal commercial and corporate law experience on the solicitor side. Advising (government) public-sector entities on their procurement obligations, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with domestic and international trade agreements. Also advising mid-size to larger businesses on their commercial and corporate transactions.
Daniel maintains a broad commercial litigation practice resolutely advocating for his client’s interest at all Court levels.
During his spare time, Daniel is either spending time with his family or is trail running.
