Nattalee Burrell completed her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006 at London Metropolitan University in England and then later went on to earn a Master of Laws, specializing in International Transport and Maritime Law. Since then, Nattalee has worked internationally in corporate services in Bermuda and have taught maritime law at the Caribbean Maritime University. Prior to attending law school, Nattalee completed certificates in Public Relation and Public Administration from the University of the West Indies. During her early years she began the HEART Academy trainee program as an insurance underwriter where she underwrites general insurance policies. In 2019, Nattalee received a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee of Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Nattalee is still a member of the Honorable Society of the Middle Temple and regularly attends the Association of Black Lawyers, Ottawa Chapter. In her spare time, Nattalee can be found volunteering within her community, participating in home renovations and attending lively outdoor activities such as group tours, BBQs and boat rides.
